STATEMENT BY MANAGEMENT

1.1. QUALITY AFFECTS ALL OF US.
All MASA personnel, starting with Management, are responsible for knowing, accepting and applying the Quality System Policy, Manual and Procedures, and for complying with legal and regulatory requirements concerning our activity and meeting the applicable requisites of all interested parties through:

1.2.1. PROVIDE SOLUTIONS TO CUSTOMERS.
To obtain satisfaction for our Customers, we will offer and provide Technical Advising Added Value to our Customers, with the most up-to-date technical know-how on the market.

1.2.2. OFFER QUALITY PRODUCTS.
By selecting our suppliers, among leading national and international firms, that have Quality Systems in place and comply with the requisites.

1.2.3. OFFER A PROMPT AND RELIABLE SERVICE.
Pursuing promptness in providing the Service, with a level of errors that will be lower every year, establishing the corresponding objective at the right time for this purpose.

1.2.4. IMPROVE TO ASSURE THE FUTURE.
Training, motivation, participation and involvement of the entire team are indispensable elements for the implementation of the Continuous Improvement process, which will let us assure the future of MASA and jobs.

The Quality Director constantly assures that the Quality Manual meets the objectives set out by Management, by ensuring that the Quality Objectives and the planning to attain them are reviewed each year and understood by the Organization.
