MASTERBACH DOSING UNITS

The DS1/DS2/DS3/DS4 volumetric dosing units have a dosing capacity of 0.1 - 800 Kg./h.
The completely automatic operation with microprocessor control is prepared to calculate the rotation speed and the dosing time, considering the percentage to be dosed and the weight of the moulding or hourly production if the process is extrusion.

Mixers with rotating blades, optimal for improving the mixture of the different dosed materials and preventing layering. They are generally placed directly in the injection intake feeder or in the extruder where they are to be used. Prepared to serve up to 4 dosing stations. The MX series starts from a minimum of 10 and reaches up to 800 Kg/h.

By associating the DS series volumetric dosing units with the MX series rotating blade mixers, it is possible to make dosing systems with 2 to 4 stations. The system's simplicity makes it possible to use dosing units with different performances, starting with a minimum of 40 Kg/h up to a maximum of 800 Kg/h.
Each dosing station is microprocessor-controlled. The controls can also be moved to a single panel with remote control.
