Available in 3 versions with outputs from 300 to 1,500 kg/h.

Weight loss gravimetric control system for plastic material extrusion and co-extrusion installations. This system allow the hourly production of each extruder in the production cycle to be adjusted as well as the linear speed of the extruded product depending on the grams/metre ratio required.

In co-extrusion installations a gravimetric hopper is used for each extruder.

The CWS 2023 system can be integrated with a series of DG 15 gravimetric dosing units when additives have to be added to the main component.
